i actually kind of feel bad for the madame. her baby is just sort of crumbling away before her eyes. their deal didn't go through and the insurance is running out at the end of august. that means that people are pretty much going to have to find new jobs.

i just lost my job.

i got a message to call trish... i am FREAKING out right now. meredith told me that there's going to be a meeting tomorrow at 1 - but why wouldn't she just tell me that? the reason i'm freaking is because she sounded like she was going to lose it on the message. and now her line is busy. what if i'm getting laid off? FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK

the little coffee shop right next to my house is hiring - i wonder if they'd hire me? temporarily?
the pay would be less i'm sure, but seeing as i'll still be getting paid by the salon, it'd probably be worth not selling my soul back to the grossery* store.

things are very bad.

the bad news
- the salon has sustained too much damage and will pretty much have to be torn down
- we do not own the property, so what happens to it is up to the owner, not us
